  • This promotion is available to all Vodafone Prepaid customers.
  • To Gift Plans, dial *777# and select option 4 “Gift Plans” from the menu.
  • Purchased Credit or Loan Credit (IOU) can be used to Gift Plans.
  • The plan is activated once you receive a confirmation SMS.
  • Auto-renewal does not apply to gifted plans.
  • Any usage outside the selected gifting bundle will be charged at standard rates.
  • The promotion is valid until further notice, and Vodafone reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the promotion at its discretion at any time.

  1. What is “Gift Plans”?
    It is a feature that allows Vodafone’s Prepaid customers to use their Purchased Credit in their mobile phone to gift (Data/Voice/SMS/Broadband or Kombo Plans) to their friends and family.
  1. When does Gift Plans start?
    Gift Plans will be available from 1 January 2026, 12:00am (00:00 hours).
  1. Who can use Gift Plans?
    All Vodafone Prepaid customers can use Gift Plans.
  1. How do I gift a plan?
    Dial *777#, select Option 4: “Gift Plans”, then follow the prompts.
  1. Where will Gift Plans appear in the USSD menu?
    Under Option 4 on *777#.
  1. Are there any USSD menu changes I should know?
    Yes:
  • International Pass moves to Option 7
  • SMS Plans and APN setup move to Options 8 to 11
  1. What types of plans can I gift?
    All Prepaid subscription plans available on *777#, including:
  • Konekt Data Plans
  • Trupela Kombo Plans (On-Net)
  • Wantok Kombo Plans (Off-Net)
  • Special Data Plans
  • International Pass plans
  • TokTok Voice and SMS Plans
  • SMS Plans
  1. Do gifted plans cost more than normal plans?
    No. Gifted plans have the same price, benefits, and expiry as the normal subscription plan.
  1. Do gifted plans activate immediately?
    A gifted plan activates once you receive the SMS confirmation.
  1. Can I use IOU (Loan Credit) to gift a plan?
    Yes. You can gift plans using Purchased Credit or Loan Credit (IOU).
  1. Does auto-renewal apply to gifted plans?
    No. Auto-renewal does not apply to gifted plans.
  1. What happens if the receiver uses services outside the gifted bundle?
    Any usage outside the gifted bundle is charged at standard rates.
  1. Can I gift a Prepaid voice plan to a Broadband number?
    No. Prepaid voice plans cannot be gifted to Broadband numbers.
  1. Can I gift a Broadband plan to a Prepaid voice number?
    No. Broadband plans can only be gifted to Broadband numbers.
  1. Which Broadband plans can be gifted?
  • K10 – 8GB (7 days)
  • K15 – 11GB (7 days)
  • K20 – 15GB (14 days)
  • K50 – 40GB (30 days)
  • K100 – 100GB (30 days)
  1. Does gifting a Broadband plan affect account validity?
    Yes. Gifting a Broadband plan will extend account validity, the same way as a normal Broadband Top Up.
  1. In what order will plans appear inside the Gift Plans menu?

  1. How long will this promotion be available?
    This promotion is valid until further notice. Vodafone may amend, suspend, or withdraw the promotion at any time.
