How can I acquire and register a SIM Card?

  1. Visit a Registration Agent and purchase a PIB (Phone-In-Box) or request for a New SIM. You can visit any Vodafone Retail, Roadshow or Authorized Dealer to get a new sim.
  2. You will need to bring your original and valid photo ID card to be able to successfully register your new sim card.

Accepted IDs include:

    • National ID Card
    • Driver’s License
    • Passport
    • Birth Certificate
    • Baptism Certificate
    • Student ID
    • Marriage Certificate
    • Superannuation Fund ID

Upon completion of registration, the SIM will be activated and ready to use.

  1. FREE Prepaid Voice SIMs are available at all Vodafone Retail, Roadshow and selected Authorized Dealer outlets.
  2. A maximum of 2 sim cards per customer is allowed.
  3. Vodafone number range are 81****** and 82******.
  4. Dial *777# or use the MyVodafone App to subscribe to Kombo, Data, Voice and SMS plans.
  5. Dial *444# or use the MyVodafone App to access Vodafone Prepaid Services.
  6. Registration Requirements: Age 18 years and above + Valid Photo ID.

How can I check what my number is?

Dial *100# to check what number is attached to the SIM card.
Expected Result: “Your number is (675)81XXXXXX”
