1. What is the TOP UP & Win promotion about?

   Vodafone has launched a TOP UP and Win promotion that offers Vodafone’s valued prepaid voice customers the opportunity to go into the draw to WIN K300,000 worth of prizes. The major prize will be a brand-new 4WD Single Cab Land Cruiser plus Cash prizes, Smartphones, Boomboxes and Off-net Kombo bundles. Each eligible customer will receive one (1) entry for every K5 Top up or more accumulating on multiples of K5 Top up towards the Daily, Weekly & Major Draw for a chance to win i.e., one entry for K5 top up, two entries for K10 top up, 4 entries for K20 Top up. If customer does top up for K26, it will be 5 entries.

2. What are the promotion dates?

   The Promotion will start on 01 May 2023 (00.00.00hrs) and end on 30 June 2023 (23.59.59hrs).
   
   

3. Who is eligible for this Promotion?

   Vodafone prepaid voice customers only.

4. How does a customer qualify for this promotion?

   To qualify for this Promotion and get into the draw to win a share of K300,00 worth of prizes including a brand-new 4WD Single Cab Land Cruiser, customers need to TOP UP for K5 or more. 

   • Entry into the promotion will be gained when a customer Top Up for K5. Multiple of K5 spent will give you multiple entry. For example, top up for K5 will give the customer one (1) entries. The more you top up in multiples of K5, the more chances you must win.

      

5. What type of prizes can I win?

   Prize giveaways for the Top Up and Win promotion will be awarded through the Daily, Weekly and Major Prize draws.

   • Daily/Weekly Draw – There will be five hundred thirty-seven (537) randomly selected winners who will either win Cash prizes, Smartphones, Boomboxes or off-net Kombo bundles. The details of the winners with photos will be shared on Vodafone’s social media pages.

     Major Draw – One (1) winner will win a brand-new 4WD Single Cab Land Cruiser. All the daily top up for K5 or more will go into the draw to Win grand prize. Each day will have one winner of K500 cash.

   • The draw will be done with the presence of Police officers
   • Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or traded.  
   • Winner will be contacted by telephone

      

   • The daily/weekly draws will be done at the Vodafone Headquarters in the presence of the Vodafone senior management team or Police officer. The Major draw will be done with the presence of police officer and will be captured via video. Prizes distributed as follows:

7. How will I know if I have earned a qualifying entry into the draw?

   When you Top up with K5 or more, you will receive a customized SMS notification to confirm your entry into the draw.

   Sample Message: 

   Congratulations! Your Number has gone into the draw to WIN a share of K300,000 worth of prizes including a Brand-New TOYOTA LANDCRUISER! Dial *170# to check your entries. T&C Apply.

    

8. How will the prize winners be selected?
   • During the promotional period, customers will be randomly selected in the Daily, Weekly and Major Prize draws.
   • The major prize draw will take place at the Vodafone Head Office in Police presence.

      

9. How will the winner be notified?
   • If you win, Vodafone will contact you by telephone.
   • A maximum of three (3) attempts will be made to call the Winner within a period of twenty-four (24) hours.
   • If you do not answer any of our calls, you forfeit your chance to win. We will select another eligible customer to be the Winner and repeat the process outlined above.

      

10. What do I need to know about claiming the Prizes if I am a winner?
    • During the phone call, full details of the Daily, weekly and Major Prize handover (redemption) process and locations will be confirmed.
    • You will need to present a valid Government issued photo ID (Passport, National Identification Card or Drivers License) and the phone number used to participate in the promotion.
    • In the absence of a valid identification card or related documents to verify identity, the customer will need to be accompanied by a reputable person who presents his identification card or document and verifies the customers identity (a reputable person is a respectable person of standing in the community such as a Commissioner of Oaths, a member of the disciplinary forces, a ward member, a village court magistrate or a church pastor who is a registered SIM card holder).
    • Prize can only be won/collected by the registered owner of the sim card. A redraw will be done where the mobile number and sim registration details do not match.
    • Customer must permit photographs to be taken for PR purposes in order to be eligible to win.

        

11. Who is not included from participating in the Promotion? 

              The following customers are excluded from participating in the promotion:

• Postpaid Corporate & Business Account customers;
• Any person who at any time on or after April 1^st, 2022, was or is a Director, Officer, Employee, or agent of Vodafone PNG or any of their respective parent, subsidiaries, divisions, or affiliated companies, franchises or service agencies, independent contractors or suppliers of service to Vodafone PNG;
• Vodafone PNG employees and family members of our employees;
• Employees and the family members of employees of any company associated with the promotion, including any provider of the Grand Prize;
• Persons under the age of eighteen (18); and
• Persons who do not reside in PNG 
  

• The offer is for prepaid voice customers only.
• TOP UP with K5 and go into the draw to WIN a share of K300,000 worth of prizes.
• Each eligible participant will receive one (1) entry for every recharge of K5 or more accumulating on multiples of K5 Top Up towards the Daily and Weekly draws for a chance to win. e.g. K5 – 1 entry, K10 – 2 entry, K20 – 4 entries
• The Promotion will start on 01 May 2023 (00.00.00hrs) and end on 30 June 2023 (23.59.59hrs).
• All successful entries will receive a confirmation SMS. Participants can also dial *170# to check their total entries in the Daily Draws.
• The subscribe and win entries from 01 May 2023 (00.00.00hrs) to 12^th May 2023(23.59.59hrs) will also be included in the major draw.
• The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the promotion period with draws scheduled Daily/Weekly.
• The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Vodafone will collect personal information from participants for the purpose of conducting the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to media, agents, contractors, service providers, and prize suppliers.
• Prize can only be won/collected by registered owner of the sim card. If you win, Vodafone will contact you by telephone.
• A maximum of three (3) attempts will be made to call the Winner within a period of twenty-four (24) hours. If you do not answer any of our calls, you forfeit your chance to win. We will select another eligible participant to be the Winner.
• Winners agree to participate in any publicity or marketing activities as requested by Vodafone, including but not limited to providing testimonials, photos, and videos. Participant must permit use of full name for all media postings and photographs to be taken for PR purposes to be eligible to win.
• Participant must be at least 18 years of age to win or claim a prize. In the instance where the winner is less than 18 years, the prize will be awarded to a legal guardian.
• Winners will be announced via Vodafone PNG social media platforms. The Winners selected by Vodafone officials are deemed to be final.
• Vodafone reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates any of these terms and conditions, or who engages in any fraudulent or inappropriate conduct.
• By participating in the promotion, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Vodafone reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Papua New Guinea.
