Shop & Win - Terms and Conditions
- Spend K5 or more and drop the receipt with your Name, address and contact details into entry bins provided at Premium retail outlets to enter in weekly draw to Win a BLIK Screamer 4.
- There will be Eight (8) prizes per retail which will be drawn once
- Multiple entries are allowed if customers purchase multiple items over K5 separately
- This includes purchase of Top Up cards, Sim cards, mobile devices, and accessories.
- This promotion is only available at Vodafone premium outlets as mentioned below
(Vision city, Downtown, RangeView, Domestic Airport, Lae, Madang, and Hagen)
- Promotion will apply to Vodafone Hagen outlet after launch.
- The draw will be done in presence of Shop Manager, Regional Manager and Public.
- The Promotion will start on 01 March 2023 (00.00.00hrs) and end on 25 April 2023 (23.59.59hrs).
- The winners will be drawn at the retail outlet from all eligible entries received during the promotion period with draws scheduled weekly.
- The entries will not be carried forward to next week and after draw the entries will be disposed.
- The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash
- Vodafone will collect personal information from winners for the purpose of conducting the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to media, agents, contractors, service providers, and prize suppliers.
- If you win, Vodafone will contact you by telephone. A maximum of three (3) attempts will be made to call the Winner within a period of twenty-four (24) hours. If you do not answer any of our calls, you forfeit your chance to win. We will select another eligible participant to be the Winner
- Winners agree to participate in any publicity or marketing activities as requested by Vodafone, including but not limited to providing testimonials, photos, and videos. Participant must permit use of full name for all media postings and photographs to be taken for PR purposes to be eligible to win.
- Winners will be announced weekly via Vodafone PNG social media platforms. The Winners selected by Vodafone officials are deemed to be final.
- Vodafone reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates any of these terms and conditions, or who engages in any fraudulent or inappropriate conduct.
- Participants agree to indemnify Vodafone, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with their participation in the promotion or travel to or from the event or the use of the winning prize package.
- By participating in the promotion, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Vodafone reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without notice. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Papua New Guinea.
