Top Up Me

1. Dial *444# and enter option 6 (Top-Up Me, Credit Me, Call Me Services).
2. Enter option 1 to select “Top Up Me”
3. Enter the Vodafone Mobile Number that you are Requesting (B-Party).
4. An SMS message will be sent to B-Party requesting for them to call the requester back.

1. Download the MyVodafone App from Google Play Store, iPhone App Store or Huawei App Gallery in your smartphone.
2. Log in by registering your mobile number in the MyVodafone App. (Note: The OTP Verification Code message will be sent to your SMS inbox.)
3. Tap on the Side Menu icon () in the top-right corner.
4. Tap on “Call Me Back”.
5. Select the message of your choice.
6. Enter or Select number.
7. Tap on “Send” to complete the subscription process.

1.   This service is only available to Prepaid mobile numbers.

2.   Prepaid mobile customers get a quota of 100 free SMS messages per month which can be used to send Top Up Me, Credit Me, Call Me Back requests to Vodafone numbers.

3.   After the 100 Free SMS quota has been depleted, standard SMS charges will apply on further request SMS messages sent from Loaned Credit or Real Credit.

4.   Unused free messages will not be carried forward to the new month and the quota will be automatically reset to 100 free messages at the beginning of every new month.

5.   Dial *444# or use the MyVodafone App to access Vodafone Prepaid Services.
