The following terms and conditions apply in relation to your purchase of handsets, accessories, services and any other products from the Vodafone Retail Outlets, Roadshow and Authorized Dealers. By purchasing from any of the above, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, our website terms and conditions and any additional terms and conditions encountered during the purchasing process.
In these terms and conditions, reference to "we" and "us" means Vodafone PNG, and "our" has a corresponding meaning.
"You" means you, our customer under these terms and conditions and "your" has a corresponding meaning.
Device Information - Terms & Condition
- All handsets are sold exclusively for use on and may be locked to the Vodafone network. Locked handsets may not be used with another telecommunications service provider's SIM card. If your handset is locked to the Vodafone network, you must only arrange
to unlock it through authorized service centres and may have to pay an unlocking fee. If you arrange to unlock your handset through someone other than authorized service centres, this may void the warranty for your handset.
- Warranty is 3 months for handsets and accessories. Warranty will be deemed void in the event of unauthorized unlocking of software, hardware, and unauthorized software upgrade, liquid & physical damage.
- We will not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please visit the nearest Vodafone Retail outlet with the product. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and
notify you via e-mail or call, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement and we will replace the product.

- We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time by publishing the changed terms on the Vodafone website.
- If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall, to the maximum extent possible, remain in full force and effect.
- We will not be liable to you for any delay or non-performance of our contractual obligations to the extent that such delay or non-performance is caused by an event or circumstance which is outside our reasonable control.
- You shall be solely responsible for obtaining any necessary permits under (and for compliance with) all legislation, regulations, by-laws and rules that apply to the use of any Products you purchase from us.
