The Access Point Name should be configured to “internet”. To use 4G services, one must have a 4G-capable device and be in a 4G coverage area. To use 3G services, one must have a 3G-capable device and be in a 3G coverage area.

There are no hidden charges, however if you purchase any item or content on the Internet, there will be charges that apply for those items. These charges may not be charged by Vodafone PNG.
If you are a prepaid customer, you may check and monitor your balance by dialling *120# or using the MyVodafone App.
If you are a postpaid customer, you will be notified on your monthly bill or you could use the MyVodafone App.

If you have purchased the phone from any Vodafone retail shop, the internet settings will already be configured.

If you are able to install apps on your phone, you may be able to download and install Instant Messaging apps to enable you to use this service. Apps are available from Google PlayStore for Android, App Store for iPhones and AppGallery for Huawei HMS smartphones.
