1. *Terms & Conditions

Minimum equipment & installation fee will apply based on the site location. Plans are available on a 12 months contract term. Satellite Internet will be delivered on a Ka Band antenna system. Terminal includes a 1.2-meter antenna, 2010 modem, 2W transceiver, coaxial cable and connector. Fair usage policy applies to unlimited data plans. 12 months warranty provided on satellite equipment.

2. What happens when the data cap is reached or exhausted?

You can change the selected plan to a higher data cap plan or move to the unlimited plans from the next month. Contact our team on ict.solutions@vodafone.com.pg for more plan details or upgrades.

3. What is the installation charge?

The installation fee will be applicable based on the site locations. Please inquire on ict.solutions@vodafone.com.pg for more details.

4. What is the warranty on the equipments?

There is a 12 months warranty included on the satellite terminals and dish, however this excludes any form of physical damages.
