Vodafone Launches SigniFlow Digital Signing Solution for PNG Businesses

Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea

Vodafone has officially introduced SigniFlow to the Papua New Guinea market, providing businesses with a secure and efficient way to manage digital documents, approvals, and contracts.

The launch follows more than a year of preparation, beginning with a structured partnership engagement in early 2025. During this phase, SigniFlow worked closely with Vodafone to deliver a full business case, pricing model, and technical architecture to support deployment in Papua New Guinea.

The model enables Vodafone to manage licensing and service delivery locally, ensuring customers benefit from a simplified onboarding experience and ongoing support.

As part of the rollout, Vodafone also developed a dedicated SigniFlow webpage and aligned its go-to-market approach with other Pacific markets, including Fiji and Vanuatu. This regional alignment helps accelerate adoption and ensures a consistent, proven delivery model.

To support the launch, internal teams completed targeted product and sales training sessions, equipping account managers and technical staff with the knowledge needed to position SigniFlow across key industries.

The official market introduction will be further strengthened through a series of upcoming webinars scheduled over the coming months, aimed at business houses to build deeper understanding of the platform’s capabilities and broader use cases. These sessions will include live demonstrations, practical applications, and interactive engagement to support adoption across the enterprise sector.

SigniFlow is designed to replace traditional paper-based processes with secure, legally compliant digital workflows. The platform allows organisations to send, sign, and manage documents from anywhere, helping reduce turnaround times for approvals, contracts, and internal processes.

This is particularly relevant in Papua New Guinea, where many organisations still rely heavily on manual paperwork and face logistical challenges when managing approvals across multiple locations. By digitizing these processes, businesses can improve efficiency, reduce delays, and maintain better visibility over operations.

The solution also supports local compliance requirements. During the partnership discussions, deployment models were designed to align with PNG data residency considerations, particularly for government and regulated industries.

Speaking of the launch, Mitesh Chandra, Head of ICT Sales, said:

“This partnership is about making digital transformation practical for businesses in Papua New Guinea. Many organisations are still dealing with slow, paper-based processes that impact productivity and decision-making. With SigniFlow, we give businesses a simple, secure way to manage documents digitally, while also providing local support and expertise. It’s about helping our customers save time, reduce costs, and operate more efficiently in today’s digital environment."
