PUK Codes (Personal Unblocking Key)
The PUK code is a unique code specific to your SIM CARD and is required when the PIN code is entered incorrectly three time on your mobile. You’re then given 10 attempts to enter your PUK.
If an incorrect PUK code is entered after the 10th attempt, your SIM card will be permanently blocked and you will require a new SIM card. If you do not have your PUK code you can customer care on 123 or 124 and verify your registration details and
customer care agent will release the PUK code or you can visit the nearest outlet also.
